Will I get a confirmation notification of my appointment?
Yes, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive confirmation of their appointment. That's why we send out an SMS confirmation message as soon as the appointment is booked. This message includes the date and time of the appointment, the location, and any other pertinent details.
Are you by appointment?
There will be times when availability will open up but the majority of the time it is an appointment only.
Should I clean out my vehicle?
Yes, we ask that you clean out at least all of your personal items.. If you do leave some do our best to bag them up for you to go through later. Everything else will be considered trash. We are not responsible for any misplaced items.
What time of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cash app, and Zelle.
Do you remove seat covers?
No, we ask that you remove them at or before the appointment. We will do our best to clean the seat cover and around the cover.
What about kid car seats?
We will remove the car seat or remove it to clean the seat underneath. We will give it a light vacuum.
