Service Description
Exterior: Quick wash and dry. Tire and wheel cleaning. Light exterior trim wipe-down. Apply wax or sealant for 3 months of protection and gloss. Interior: Vacuuming (seats, floors, and mats). Cleaning and treatment of dashboard, trim, and door panels. UV protection for vinyl, plastic, and leather. Glass cleaning (inside and out).
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment: All bookings require confirmation. Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or as agreed upon during the booking. A deposit may be required for services above $200. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of $25. Preparation for Appointment Please ensure your vehicle is emptied of personal belongings before your appointment. Failure to prepare your vehicle may result in additional fees or a rescheduled appointment. Service-Specific Terms: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Packages These packages are designed for maintenance and regular upkeep. If the vehicle is excessively dirty, additional fees may apply. The package price includes light dirt and debris removal. Heavy stains, odors, or pet hair require add-ons or a tailored service plan. Add-Ons All add-ons must be requested during booking to ensure adequate time and preparation. Requests made on the day of service may incur a $5–$10 convenience fee. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Correction All ceramic coatings require full surface preparation (wash, decontamination, and clay bar treatment). Additional fees apply for multi-step paint corrections based on the extent of the defects. Additional Fees: Condition of Vehicle Excessively dirty vehicles, including those with heavy mud, pet hair, or strong odors, may incur an additional charge starting at $25. Vehicles with excessive trash may result in additional cleaning fees or refusal of service. Same-Day Changes Add-ons or package changes requested on the day of service may incur an extra fee of $5–$10 per change. Travel Fee Mobile detailing services may include a travel fee based on distance from our base location. Liability: Customer Responsibility The customer must disclose any pre-existing damages (e.g., paint chips, scratches, or interior tears). The company is not liable for damages to personal belongings left in the vehicle during the service. Service Outcome While every effort is made to provide a high standard of detailing, certain stains, odors, or paint imperfections may not be fully removable. Warranty and Maintenance: Ceramic Coatings Warranty for ceramic coatings is only valid with regular maintenance services as recommended during installation. Unauthorized cleaning products or services may void the warranty.
